摘  要:目的:建立HPLC对复方咳喘宁蜜炼膏中肉桂酸含量测定分析方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Agilent C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(35∶65),检测波长:258nm,柱温:室温。流速为1mL/min,理论板数按肉桂酸峰计算应不低于2000。结果:肉桂酸浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为1.67%。结论:该方法分离度好,简便易行,具有良好的重现性,可用于复方咳喘宁蜜炼膏中肉桂酸含量的测定。Objective:To establish RP-HPLC method for determination of the cinnamic of cinnamic acid in Compound tetrahydro-isoquinolin honey refined gum.Method: HPLC was used as assay method, The chromatographic procedure was carried out with Agilent C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) and acetonitrile: 1% H3PO4 (35:65)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min-1. The detection wave length was set at 285 nm. column temperature was room temperature. Results: The concentration of cinnamic acid and peak area showed a good linearity relationship,the average recovery was 97.8%,RSD%=1.67%. Conclusion: The method appear to be good resolving power, simple and good reproducibility, can be used to determinate cinnamate acid in Compound tetrahydro-isoquinolin honey refined gum.
