摘  要:目的:优选丁香挥发油的提取及β-CD包合工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计,以丁香油得率为指标优选提取工艺;以包合物收得率及挥发油包合率为指标优选包合工艺。结果:优选提取工艺条件为:丁香饮片,加10倍量水,提取4.5h;包合物最佳制备工艺为:挥发油:β-环糊精为1:9,包合温度为50℃,包合时间为1.0h。结论:所选提取工艺得率高,包合工艺合理。Objective: To optimize the conditions for the extraction of volatile oil from flos caryophylli, and for the technique of β- CD inclusion. Methods: With the rate of extracted volatile oil of flos caryophylli as indexes, orthogonal tests were conducted to determine the optimum conditions for extracting the volatile oil. The application rate of inclusion compounds and entrapment efficiency of volatile oil were used as indexes to optimize the conditions for including the 'oils with β-CD. Results: The optimized extraction conditions were: flos caryophylli pieces, with 10-fold water added, extracting for 4.5 h. The optimized inclusion condition was as following: the proportion of the volatile oils andβ- CD was 1:9, inclusion temperature was 50 ℃, inclusion time was 1.0 h. Conclusion: The extraction process has high rate and the inclusion process is reasonable.
