摘 要:为了保证某公司新型风速传感器管道送风的均匀度和稳定性,提出了利用导流管束代替均流孔板的方法,并采用CFD软件FLUENT对不同风速条件下,无均流措施、采用均流孔板和采用导流管束3种工况下的风速场分别进行了模拟,并搭建了管道送风测试实验台,利用新老2种风速传感器对加装导流管束前后的管道风速场进行了对比测试。理论分析和实验结果均表明,在管道送风条件下加装导流管束完全能够达到均流和稳流的作用,是比较经济、省时和合理的方法。To ensure the uniformity and stability of the airflow in the air supply system using a new type of airflow sensor, a new method which uses the stream tubes instead of the orifice plate was reseached. By the CFD software FLUENT, the airflow fields in the duct with and without stream tubes as well as with orifice plate is simulated, respective- ly. The test setup is also built up, the air flow fields in the duct with and without stream tubes are described. Both the simulation and test results show that the installation of the stream tubes can improve the airflow field greatly, which is the most economical, convenient and suitable method to create a stable and uniform airflow field.
