常用紧固件的耐蚀性研究

摘　　要：紧固件的防护一直是三防设计的薄弱环节,为了满足电子设备中紧固件的防护要求,本文对常用紧固件分别以单件和组件形式,进行人工加速试验来研究其耐蚀性。从而针对不同使用环境,提出选用不同材质和镀层的紧固件及紧固对象的建议。Protection for fastening piece is always the weak link of anti-corrosion design. In order to meet the demands of protection for fastening piece among electron device, this article deals with anti-design for normal fastening which is single and subassembly separately by manual accelerated test, and also provides suggestions for choosing fastening piece with different material and coating in different operation environment.
