摘 要:结合在役钢筋混凝土受拉构件承载力不足的特点,采用大型通用有限元软件建立了碳纤维布增强钢筋混凝土小偏心受拉构件计算模型,对碳纤维布加固后碳纤维布层数、配筋率等对构件开裂载荷、极限载荷的影响进行了分析,并通过6根构件进行试验对比.研究表明,粘贴碳纤维布可以有效地提高钢筋混凝土偏拉构件极限承载力,而其对开裂载荷影响较小.计算结果与试验数据有较好的一致性,可供实际工程设计参考.研究成果对钢筋混凝土小偏心受拉加固具有理论指导意义和工程应用价值.Base on the existing condition that the beating capacity is insufficient of some aging reinforced concrete (RC) members with small eccentric tension, the general software is adopted to establish the finite element models of them strengthened with externally bonded carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) sheets and used to analyze the influence of CFRP sheets on these structural cracking loads and ultimate loads. Layers of CFRP sheets, ratio of reinforcement and so on are some factors considered, and experiments of 6 RC members are conducted to examine the results of numerical analysis. The numerical results show that it is obvious to increase ultimate load using CFRP sheets to strengthen RC members, about 10%-40%, whereas, the increment of cracking load is very small, about 2%. The calculational results agree with the experimental data, at the same time the calculational and experimental results can give reference to the practical projects. The study is instructive and useful in strengthening RC members with externally bonded GFRP sheets under small eccentric tension.
