摘 要:由三羟甲基丙烷合成了螺环原碳酸酯单体3、9—二羟甲基—3′,9′-二乙基—1,5,7,11-四氧杂螺环[5、5]十一烷单体(体积膨胀率+3.04%)以及它的预聚物,并用其来改性环氧树脂B-63.利用红外光谱、元素分析仪对螺环单体及预聚体进行了表征,依据DSC测试结果确定了改性环氧树脂的固化温度为115.9℃;利用万能材料实验机测试了固化改性环氧树脂的力学性能。实验表明:预聚体的加入明显提高了环氧树脂的粘接剪切强度和拉伸强度。An expansion monomer 3,9-dihydroxymethyl-di(6-methyl- 5-hydroxyl)-2- heptanone-1,5,7,11 -tetraoxaspiro[5,5]undecane was synthesized and its volume change during polymerization is about +3.04%. Its prepolymer was also synthesized by toluene 2,4-diisocyanide with it. The prepolymer was used to modify the properties of epoxy resin-B-63. The monomer and prepolymer were characterized by IR spectrum and elemental analysis. The curing temperature of modified epoxy resin was mesured by DSC methods (about 115.9℃). The mechanical properties of the modified epoxy resin matrix were measured.. It was found that the adhesive tensile and shear strength of the modified epoxy resin was increased.
