摘 要:螺栓接头是一种广泛应用的管道连接方式。工程实践证明,法兰强度的破坏极为罕见,而泄漏则是连接失效的主要形式,因此法兰的密封性能成为研究的重点。采用接触有限元方法,计算了螺栓、法兰和垫片三者之间的相互作用,给出了法兰和垫片间接触压强的分布规律,指出了考虑法兰接头密封时管道内压是一个不可忽略的计算因素,验证了螺栓之间的区域为密封的薄弱环节。对有效和准确的评价法兰接头的密封性能,改进法兰接头结构设计,提供了重要的参考。Flange coupling is a kind of widely used coupling method. In the practical engineering project, it is proved that the leakage is the main factor of failure flange coupling. In this paper, Finite Element Analysis is used to simulate the interaction among bolts, flange and gasket. The distribution law of contact pressure between flange and gasket is presented. It is referred that the internal pressure of pipes should not be ignored when calculating the sealing of flange coupling. The area between bolts is proved as the weakness area of flange sealing. These conclusions provide importance references to evaluate the sealing performance and improvement of the design of flange coupling.
