生态住宅区园林建设初步研究——以南京亚东咏梅山庄为例

摘　　要：以位于南京亚东的咏梅山庄为例,阐述了生态住宅区的特点和由来,介绍了该生态住宅区的的园林景观系统、健身跑道等功能性空间的绿化景观设计以及体现该住宅区优质生态性的建设思想和方法,展望了国内生态住宅区的未来发展。Taking Yongmei Village in Yadong, Nanjing city as an example, the origin and characteristic of eco-residential area were briefly introduced in the paper, the landscape scenes, the greening design of healthy-building runway and other functional spaces as well as the construction ideas and methods embodying the high-quality ecological features of the village were mainly emphasized. The development of eco-residential area in China in future was forecasted.
