摘 要:以被重金属污染的农田土壤为样品,分别加入NaOH溶液、CaO固体、Na2S溶液、Na2CO3固体、C9H7NO溶液作为改良剂,采用逐步提取法对土壤中重金属Pb的相态进行浸提和萃取,采用原子吸收光谱法测定提取液中每种形态铅的浓度;最后分析了土壤中Pb在不同的实验环境下的含量。结果表明,在加有改良剂的土壤中,各种存在形态的重金属铅的含量均有所变化,与没加改良剂的土壤相比,Pb的可交换态含量明显降低,特别是在pH=7,加入8-羟基喹啉后降低了92.63%。The soil polluted by heavy-metal was selected as the soil samples and added NaOH solution, CaO solid, Na2S solution, Na2CO3 solid, C9H7NO solution, and different chemical forms of Pb were extracted with sequential extraction method. The concentration of Pb in extraction solution was measured by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS). The content of Pb was analyzed under different experimental conditions. The results showed that the contents of different chemical forms of Pb changed in the soil with additives. The content of exchangeable Ph in the soil with additives obviously reduced compared to the treatment of without additives, it particularly decreased 92.63 % under the condition of pH = 7 and 8-hydroxyquinoline as additives.
