摘  要:对引入甘肃省永昌肉用种羊场的白萨福克羊和特克塞尔羊进行了地区适应性比较,包括行为学和抗病能力观察,血液生理生化指标、羊只生长发育和繁殖性能的测定.结果表明:2种羊24 h的活动节律相似,均以反刍时间最长,其次是睡眠时间,再次为采食时间、静立时间和静卧时间.秋季特克塞尔公、母羊的体温、呼吸频率和脉搏都高于白萨福克公、母羊,而白细胞数低于白萨福克公、母羊,其它季节相反.白萨福克羔羊保持快速生长发育的持续期较特克塞尔羔羊长;断奶对特克塞尔母羔的影响最大,白萨福克羔羊从母乳到饲草饲料过渡较好,断奶后适应性要好于特克塞尔羔羊.2种羊引入羊场当年的产羔率均较低,次年恢复正常繁殖性能;但特克塞尔羊连续2 a无双羔.2种羊抗病能力无明显差异,羊只在被引入时存在咳嗽症状,并出现肺炎,治疗后均全愈.The two sheep breeds,White Suffolk and Texel from Australia were introduced into Hexi Corridor of Gansu province in September 2005. It was found that the temperature, the rate of breath and the pulse of Texel was higher than that of White Suffolk,which was reversed in other reasons. White Suffolk adapted to the new environment more rapidly than Texel. White Suffolk lambs had a longer continuance of rapid growth and were more adaptable than the counterparts after ablactation. The two breeds had a low reproduction when first introduced and return to normal in the next year. Their behaviors, biochemical and physiological indexes were all normal and showed good performance such as growing and disease resistanee.
