摘 要:为了进一步提高兰州百合的市场竞争力,增加鳞茎产量,改善鳞茎品质,在黄土高原陇中干旱山区坡耕地上,以兰州百合为材料,采用随机区组设计,在兰州百合不同物候期研究了栽植深度分别为15、10、5cm,出苗后分别拥土0、5、10cm处理对鳞茎产量、品质以及植株生长的影响.结果表明。不同栽植深度处理间植株干物质积累量、鳞茎产量差异显著,但鳞茎横宽、高度、分头数等商品品质差异不显著.栽植深度15cm出苗后拥土0cm处理能使植株茎秆粗壮.高度适中.叶片繁茂,生长旺盛.植株绿叶数增加.绿叶功能期延长了6~8d,有效缓解了花后期叶片的衰亡速度,并较大程度地增加了植株的生长量.使地上植株的干物质积累量提高了93%,利于鳞茎增产.In order to improve quality, increase both the bulb yield and its market competitiveness of Lanzhou lily,Lilium davidii vat. unicolor as the research material, the effects of planting depth(divided into three treatments of 15 cm,lO cm and 5 cm)and covered soil treatments (at three levels as 0 cm, 10 lily cm)corresponding after emergence on the bulb yield,commodit in different phonological phase in arid area of the Loess Plateau y quality in central and plant growth of Gansu were studied 5 cm and Lanzhou with randomized block design.
