摘 要:以‘甘农三号’紫花苜蓿草粉为磨料,运用正交试验方法,在磨料磨损试验机上研究了转速、负荷、草粉粒度对45#钢磨损性能的影响.通过直观分析和极差分析得出:影响45#钢磨损性能的主要因素为转速,次要影响因素为负荷和草粉磨料粒度;草粉磨料磨损试验最佳工况为转速(100±2)r/min,负荷40.5 N,磨料粒度6 mm.Taking alfalfa meal of the cultivar ' Gannong No. 3' as the abrasive, and orthogonal test as the method, effects of rotation speed,load and the size of the meal on the 45 a steel wear performance were studied by using abrasive wear test machine. The results of the direct-viewing analysis and the range analytical analysis showed that rotation speed was the main factor that affected the wear properties of 45^# steel,thus load and the size of the meal were secondary factors. The best conditions of meal abrasive wear test were as rotation speed(100±2)r/min,load 40.5 N and abrasive particle size 6 ram.
