变态反应性皮肤病的临床特点及治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨变态反应性皮肤病的临床特点及治疗分析，以指导临床治疗用药。方法我院于2004年5月-2008年6月采用门冬氨酸钙注射液治疗荨麻疹、湿疹、多形红癍等变应性皮肤病80例，并以葡萄糖酸钙治疗同样病种80例为对照。结果门冬氨酸钙组总有效率为97．5％，葡萄糖酸钙组总有效率为82．5％。门冬氨酸钙的疗效优于葡萄糖酸钙（χ^2：11．24，P≤0．05）。结论变态反应性皮肤病的临床表现多种多样，使用门冬氨酸钙治疗，对湿疹、荨麻疹等有效率高，见效快，如能疋l成肌肉注射或口服剂，将有利于临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical features and treatment analysis of Allergic skin diseases, in order to guide clinical drug treatment.Methods Our hospital from May 2002 to June 2008 aspartate used calcium injection in the treatment of urticaria, eczema,red-classes of 80 cases of allergic skin disease, and calcium gluconate treatment of 80 cases of the same disease to as the control group. Results The total effective rate is 97.5 % in calcium aspartate group, total effective rate of calcium gluconate group was 82.5 percent. Calcium aslaartate effective than calcium gueonate[χ^2 = 11.24. P ≤0.05）.Conclusion Allergic skin desease has a wide variety of clinical manifestations,the use of calcium aspartate treatment for eczema, urticaria, an other high-efficient, effective, as can be replaced by intamuscular injection or oral,will be conducive to the promotion of clinical.
