摘 要:采用模压成型法制备了生物降解黄麻增强PBS(聚丁二酸丁二醇酯)复合材料,通过拉伸、弯曲性能测试、红外分析和扫描电子显微镜观察,探讨了碱处理和硅烷偶联剂KH-570处理对材料性能的影响.结果表明:碱处理和硅烷偶联剂KH-570处理均能够提高黄麻纤维的表面粗糙度,从而改善黄麻纤维与PBS树脂之间的界面黏结性能,提高黄麻/PBS复合材料的力学性能,特别是弯曲模量的提高十分显著,比未处理黄麻/PBS复合材料分别提高了58%和98.5%.此外,研究结果还表明,硅烷偶联剂KH-570的处理效果较碱处理好.Biodegradable composites made by jute fiber and poly butylene succinate(PBS) were prepared by the method of molding, and effects of surface modification by alkali and silane coupling agent KH - 570 on the properties of composites were studied by mechanical properties tests, FTIR and SEM, respectively. Experimental results show that, the surface modification by alkali and silane coupling agent KH - 570 can both increase the surface rought of jute fibers, so as to improve the cohesive strength between jute fiber and PBS, and furthermore to improve the mechanical properties of jute fiber/PBS composites, especially their flexural modulus, which are enhanced by 58% and 98. 5% respectively. And the studies also show that the effects of silane coupling agent KH - 570 are more obvious than those of alkali.
