摘 要:2年7个生态点组成的30个种植试验结果表明,两优培九稻米各项品质指标均可在国标三级标准以上(2006年垩白粒率除外)。其中,碱消值、胶稠度、直链淀粉含量、蛋白质含量4个性状2y均达到一级;糙米率、精米率、整精米率和透明度均在二级以上。2年变异系数均小于0.05的性状有糙米率、精米率、粒长、长宽比和直链淀粉含量,变异系数均大于0.10的性状有整精米率、垩白粒率、垩白度、透明度。2年间,整精米率和直链淀粉含量差异达显著水平,而垩白粒率、垩白度及胶稠度达极显著水平。糙米率、精米率、粒长、长宽比、透明度、碱消值、蛋白质含量年间无显著差异。两优培九作晚稻总体米质好于作早稻,整精米率显著高8.19%,在米质标准上高1个等级;碱消值也显著高1个等级;垩白粒率、垩白度极显著低于早稻;透明度极显著好于早稻。The experiment on hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu was carried out in seven ecological plots in different sowing seasons in 2006 and 2007. Liangyoupeijiu displayed good grain quality which met Grade Ⅲ of China Standard for rice grain quality. Among the grain properties, alkali spreading value, gel consistency, amylose and protein content reached Grade I, and brown rice,milled rice, head rice, and transparency exceeded Grade II. The coefficients of variance (CV) for brown rice,milked rice, length, length/width, and amylose content were lower than 0. 05, while those of head rice, chalky rice, chalkiness and gel consistency were over 0. 10. Between the two years, head rice, amylose content, chalky rice, chalkiness and gel consistency showed significant difterences, while, no significant difference was shown in brown rice, milled rice, length,length/width,transparency, alkali spreading value, and protein content. When Liangyoupeijiu was planted as late season rice,the grain quality was better than as early rice,with head rice higher by 8.19%, and alkali spreading value, chalky rice,chalkiness and transparency of late season rice all better than those of late season.
