摘　　要：介绍了湖北电网OPEN-3000调度自动化系统,以及该系统在提高湖北电网调度自动化系统应用水平方面的作用。This article introduces the configuration of softwares and hardwares of OPEN-3000 Auto-dispatching System in Hubei Power Grid. It describes the characteristics and Functions of the front-end subsystem, SCADA subsystem,AGC subsystem and PAS subsystem. These softwares perform an important role in advancing the Hubei power grid auto-dispatching system application level.
