摘 要:为了探索川麦冬普通粉和超细微粉间表面特性和溶出性的差异,通过普通光学显微镜、电子显微镜对普通粉和超细微粉的形态学观察,并对粒径、分布宽度、比表面积、松密度、压缩度及其浸出物等测定对其普通粉和超细微粉进行比较分析。结果显示,与普通粉相比,超细微粉颗粒大小均匀,中位粒径D50为15.274μm,较普通粉降低7倍;松密度和压缩度下降;比表面积提高2.4倍;水、醇浸出物的干膏率分别增加40%和328%。因此,川麦冬经超细粉碎后,颗粒大小分布均匀,均质度明显改善,比表面积及水、醇溶性物溶出量显著增加,从而生物利用度提高。To explore the application of ultra-fine powder (UFP) technology to Ophiopogon japonicus (O. japonicus) for extensive use, the powder characteristics and dissolution quantity were investigated between UFP and common powder(CP). The morphological characters of UFP and CP of O. japonicus were observed by light microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), respectively. O. japonicus powder was characterized by laser diffraction analyzer and its -compressibility and bulk density were measured. Furthermore, the water extracts and the ethanol extracts by hot-extraction were quantified. The results showed that the differences of powder characteristic, surface morphology, water- soluble extract amount and enthanol-soluble extract amount between CP and UFP were significant. The diameter of UFP was smaller ( Ds0 = 15. 274 ~m) and the typical microscopic characters of O.japonicus powder were not observed. The water-soluble and the enthanol-soluble ex- tract amount were increased by 40 % and 328 % respectively. The conclusion was draun that the dissolution quantity in vitro of the O. japoni-cus UFP was increased and the O.japonicus UFP might had a bright prospect in food or drug preparations.
