摘 要:传染性法氏囊病(IBD)仍然是世界养禽业影响最大的传染病之一。疫苗接种是目前控制IBD最有效的措施。本文主要从病原特征,目前流行病学的新特点,传统疫苗、新型疫苗的种类、特点,影响疫苗免疫效果的主要因素,目前应用中存在的问题及其未来解决的思路等进行了阐述。认为传统疫苗在世界许多国家IBD的防控中发挥了重要作用,发展新型疫苗的研究也已经兴起,但是新型疫苗在相当长的一段时间内还是无法取代传统疫苗。提出安全和有效防控是IBD疫苗研制与应用的根本出发点。Infectious bursal disease (IBD) has still been one of the most important diseases in poultry industry around the world and vaccination is now the most effective measure for the disease control. The article is an update review on the characterizations of the pathogen, recent epidemiology features, the types of both traditional and innovative vaccines and their characters, factors influenced the efficacy of the vaccination and the problems encountered in the practices of vaccination, and the suggestive solutions were also given. Traditional vaccines has played an important role in the control of IBD in many countries of the world, even new vaccines have been developed, but they might not be replaced in a certain period of time. Safety and valid control are the fundamental targets for the development and application of IBD vaccine.
