摘 要:在超声射流条件下,采用激光诱导荧光(LIF)光谱技术对含硫双原子自由基NS和SO进行了光谱研究.测定了NS在34500-39300cm-1范围内的激光诱导荧光激发谱,并归属为N32S自由基的B2Π1/2-X2Π1/2和B2Π3/2-X2Π3/2跃迁,和同位素分子N34S的B2Π1/2-X2Π1/2跃迁,由光谱振转分析结果给出了N32S和N34S的B态的平衡光谱常数.同时实验测定了SO在34000-43000cm-1范围内的激光诱导荧光激发谱,将其归属为SO自由基的B3Σ--X3Σ-跃迁,并测量了B态部分振转能级的荧光辐射寿命.The laser-induced fluorescence excitation spectrum of jet-cooled NS and SO radicals has been investigated. The LIF spectroscopy of NS in the range of 34500 - 39300cm^-1 was measured and assigned as B^2∏1/2 - X^2∏1/2 transition and B^2∏3/2 - X^2∏3/2 transition of the N^32S radical and B^2∏1/2 - X^2∏1/2 transition of the isotopic molecular N^34 S. A rotational analysis of these bands has been performed and the effective molecular parameters for the N^32S and N^34S have been determined. The LIF spectroscopy of SO in the range of 34000 - 43000cm^-1 was also measured and assigned as the B^3∑^- - X^3∑^- transition. The fluorescence radiation lifetimes of some vibronic-rotation energy levels of B electronic state of the SO radical was determined.
