公猪睾丸生长与初情期关系研究

摘　　要：用动态方法研究睾丸的生长规律，并用Ｇｏｍｐｅｒｔｚ等模型模拟建立了二花脸猪睾丸生长模型。通过估测，其拐点日龄、拐点重量、瞬时相对生长率、最大日增重参数分别为：７９ｄ、３１．９６ｇ、０．０２２和０．７０ｇ。睾丸的拐点日龄和公猪的初情期接近（Ｐ＜０．０５）。Using nolinear model, the growth pattern of the testis of Taihu boar pig (Erhualiang strain) was fitted The day of growth inflection point, the weight of inflection point, instantaneous growth rate and maximum day gain were 79 days, 31 96 g, 0 022 and 0 70g, respectively The day of growth inflection point is puberty The mature rate of testis had significant correlation with semen production ( P <0 05)
