摘 要:研究N7301从氯化物体系中萃取钯的性能,考察酸度、氯离子浓度、N7301浓度对萃取平衡的影响,进行反萃试验,结果表明,钯浓度为106.4mg·L-1,N7301浓度为4×10-3mol·L-1,pH值为1时,萃取率达98.8%,用0.21mol·L-1硫脲作反萃剂,反萃率达99.9%,用斜率法及饱和法确定萃合物的组成为(R3NH)2PdCl4。其萃取钯的机理经紫外-可见光谱证实为离子缔合体系的阴离子交换反应。he extraction behaviour of palladium from chloride system with N7301 was examined The effects of the concentrations of H^+ Cl~ - and N7301 on the extraction equilibrium were investigated and stripping experimented The experiment showed that extraction rate of palladium came to 988% when Pd (Ⅱ) concentration was 106.4 mg·L ^-1 , N7301 concentration was 4×10~ -3 mol·L~ -1 and pH=1 The stripping rate came to 99.9% when thioureas concentration was 0.21mol·L~ -1 The composition of extracted complex (R_ 3NH)_ 2 PdCl_ 4 was determined by slope analysis and saturation capacity The extraction mechanism of palladium with N7301 proved to be an anion exchange reaction by UV-Vis spectra
