China Has Shown Its Heroic Ability in World Financial Crisis

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国已有过多次在世界经济、贸易和直接投资状况恶化情况下,获得逆势发展的经历。面对这次美国金融危机严重冲击世界经济,我国最重要的是努力把自己的事办好。在强化投资中,要注意防止腐败、确保项目质量;在对外贸易中,要适度增加进口、加快发展模式的改革、加快市场多元化的进展和适销新产品的研发;扩大内需的要点是,加强社会保障体系建设、将增加农村人口和城镇中低收入人群的收入和大力加强对各种消费品的检验,尽可能地减少城乡居民后顾之忧,使之有能力消费和敢于消费。Since carrying out reform and opening policy, our economy tasted the joys of development several times under deteriorative situation in world economy, international trade and direct investment. When world economy is seriously attacked this time by US financial crisis, China should try its best to fulfill its own tasks. While increasing investment, we should combat against corruption, oversee the quality of every project in construction; moderately increase import, speed up the reform of developing model, accelerate the progress of market diversification and the development of marketable new products. The expansion of domestic demands mainly includes the strengthening of social security system, enhancing the incomes of those citizens who live in rural area or cities with medium and low income level, taking measures to tighten the supervision over the safety of foodstuff, providing the dwellers with no worry after their receiving product or service when making them willing and capable to consume.
