斯帕丰镇痛在人工流产术中的效果观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察斯帕丰在人工流产术中软化宫颈、减轻疼痛的效果。【方法】选择门诊确诊妊娠6～12周内无人工流产禁忌证患者360例，随机分为2组，各180例。斯帕丰组初孕妇22例，经孕妇158例，肌肉注射斯帕丰40mg，15min后开始行吸宫术；对照组初孕妇20例，经孕妇160例，不用任何药物按传统机械扩宫法行人工流产术。观察比较两组人工流产术中疼痛程度、血氧饱和度、宫颈松弛度、出血量、人工流产综合征发生率等。【结果】斯帕丰组宫颈松弛度效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），镇痛效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。【结论】肌肉注射斯帕丰行人工流产术治疗安全有效。[ Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of spasfon on softening the uterine neck and reduce the pain in artificial abortion. [Methods] 360 cases of early pregnancy without any contraindication for abortion were divide randomly into two groups. The group of spasfon： artificial abortion after intramuscular injection of 40 mg spasfon; the group of control： artifical abortion only.There were 180 cases in the group of experiment including 22 cases of primipara and 158 cases of multipara.The group of control also were 180 cases including 20 cases of primipara and 160 cases of muhipara.The degree of pain, oxygen saturation, dilaton of cervix, hemorrhage, the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome during operation were evaluated. [ Results] The group of spasfon had better effect of reducing pain（ P 〈 0.05）. However, no obvious difference was found oxygen saturation and hemorrhage between two groups（ P 〉 0.05）. [ Conclusions] There are better effects of injecting spasfon in painless artificial abortion.
