双套管废热锅炉失效机理分析

摘　　要：某公司乙烯裂解装置双套管废热锅炉发生内管和椭圆扁管泄漏和变形失效。通过试验对失效原因进行了分析和讨论,指出长期超温运行是导致失效的主要因素,提出了改进设计和工艺操作的建议。The double -tube waste heat boiler in ethylene cracking unit of some company was occurred leak and deformation failure on the inner tube and on the elliptic flat tube. This paper makes some analysis and discussion for failure reason by testing. The main factor of failure is the tube is long time operating under over temperature. This paper gives some advises on design and process operation.
