摘 要:采用单体预乳化乳液聚合工艺,以丙烯酸乙酯(EA)为软单体,与苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸(AA)、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)和有机硅氧烷(A-171)进行共聚反应,制备了一种低成本的、环境友好的、水性玻璃纤维土工格栅胶。讨论了EA、有机硅氧烷和NMA等对该乳液性能的影响,提出了玻璃化转变温度(Tg)与涂层性能的内在联系。实验结果表明,EA作为软单体可用于土工格栅胶的制备;有机硅氧烷和NMA的最佳用量分别为单体总质量的0.6%~0.7%和0.9%~1.0%;按照Tg的差异可将产品细分为软型(Tg=-22~-15℃)、中型(Tg=-5~5℃)和硬型(Tg=15~25℃)三种型号,必要时复配使用,可达到较好的加工效果。A low cost,environment-friendly and waterborne styrene-acrylate emulsion adhesive for fiberglass geogrid was prepared by monomer pre-emulsified and emulsion polymerization method,with ethyl acrylate(EA) as soft monomer, styrene (St), acrylic acid (AA),N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide (NMA) and organo-siloxane (A- 171 ) as copolymerization monomer. The influence of EA,A-171 and NMA were discussed on the emulsion performance. The inner link of glass transition temperature (Tg) and coating performance was presented. The experiment results showed that EA as soft monomer could be used for the preparation of fiberglass geogrid adhesive. The optimum dosage of organo-siloxane and NMA were 0.6%-0.7% and 0.9%-1.0% of total monomer mass respectively. According to the differences of Tg,the products were divided into three types as soft (from -22 ℃ to -15 ℃),medium (from -5 ℃ to 5 ℃),hard(from 15 ℃ to 25 ℃). In order to get a better processing effect ,the different type can be mixed to use at necessary.
