摘 要:采用正交实验法,研究了以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)共聚乳液为主剂、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)为交联剂的双组分木材胶粘剂的胶接工艺与性能。研究结果表明,在常温下,PAPI用量对胶接性能的影响最显著,其次是加压时间,淀粉用量和压力对其影响不显著。综合考虑产品质量和生产成本,确定集成材生产的最佳工艺为:w(PAPI)=15%、加压时间为15min、w(淀粉)=5%和压力为2MPa;由此制得的集成材具有优良的胶接性能和耐水性能,能够满足日本集成材检测标准和室内非结构集成材用胶标准,其应用前景非常广阔。With vinyl acetate (VAc) copolymerize emulsion as main agent and polyaryl polymethylene isocyanate(PAPI) as cross linker, the bonding technology and performance of two components adhesive for wood were studied by orthogonal experiment method. The research results showed that the effect of PAPI content was most prominent on bonding performance at the normal temperature, the stress time was secondly, the effects of starch content and stress were non obvious on bonding performance. In view of product quality and producing cost, the producing technics of glulam was optimum when the mass fraction of PAPI and starch was 15% and 5% respectively, stress time was 15 min and stress was 2 MPa. The glulam which was prepared by the optimum producing technics had excellent bonding performance and water resistance, could satisfy the JAS(Japan glulam standard) and indoor standard of adhesive for non-structural glulam, and would have wide application prospect.
