摘 要:为满足南水北调东线工程对大量优秀的高比转速轴流泵的需求,采用不同于传统升力法和圆弧法的流线法设计了系列轴流泵水力模型,提出了从轮缘到轮毂线性修正的叶轮叶片环量分布规律,冲角按轮毂到轮缘增加的方式选择,取值范围为0°~3°,比转速越大,冲角取值越小.采用标准k-ε紊流模型和SIMPLEC算法计算了轴流泵水力模型三维定常流场,数值计算结果表明,数值模拟的性能曲线与同台测试的性能曲线基本吻合,叶轮轮缘的参数是水力模型高效率的关键,该系列模型实现了更高的效率和更宽的高效区特性,在南水北调东线一期工程4座泵站中得到应用。Eastern routine of the South to North Water Transfer Project needs many axial-flow pumps. Different from applying traditional lifting design method and circular arc design method, streamline design method was employed to design high specific speed axial-flow pump model. The method adopted linear amendment of exit circular, and increasing incidence angle from hub to tip of impeller. Ranges of incidence angle are from 0° to 3° ,and the incidence angle becomes lower with higher specific speed. Standard k-ε turbulent model and SIMPLEC algorithm were applied to simulate three dimensional steady flow fields of a pump model. Numerical simulation performance curves were corresponded with pumps model experiments. Impeller tip parameters are the key to high efficiency. These pump models have higher efficiency and broader high efficiency zones and have been applied in four pump stations of Eastern routine of the South to north water transfer project.
