摘 要:以往临近工业园区直接布局防护绿地的做法没有考虑污染物扩散的特点和分布范围,有时并不能起到削减、过滤污染物的作用,反而造成土地和经济上的浪费,即生态不经济.本文通过比较既有大气扩散模式,提出高斯模式在平坦地形高架点源防护绿地布局的应用方法,为城市防护绿地布局提供借鉴.以仪征市扬农电厂为例,分析其气体污染物扩散特点、计算地面最大污染浓度分布范围,进行生产防护绿地布局.研究结果表明,常风速条件下污染浓度随距离增大先增大后减小,静风条件下污染浓度随距离增大而减小;在电厂与主城区之间设置两处防护绿地,一处在污染源与主城区之间距污染源约4km,宽500m;一处在污染源四周距污染源500m,宽50~100m.Protective greenbelt was arranged to the edge of industrial park in the past. In such doing, atmospheric diffusion of air pollution was not taken into consideration, which would cause waste of land and money because in some cases air pollution was not so serious near industrial park but in several kilometers away. After discussing existing atmospheric diffusion models, Gauss model was chosen to study the arrangement of protective greenbelt to high elevated point source in the flat terrain. Yang Nong power plant was chosen as a study case to analyze characteristics of atmospheric diffusion in Yizheng, to estimate distribution spatial range of maximal pollutant concentration in the ground and then to arrange the protective greenbelt. The results showed that, with the growth of distance from point source, pollutant concentration increased at first and then decreased under the condition of ordinary wind speed, and it kept decrease under the condition of static wind. According to distribution spatial range of maximal pollutant concentration, greenbelts between power plant and main urban area were arranged in two places. One was about 4 000 m from point source with the width of 500 m, and the other was about 500 m from point source with the width of 50 - 100 m.
