摘　　要：论述了森林认证的产生背景、概念、目的以及森林认证在我国的开展情况,并结合森林认证在木兰林管局的试点工作,分析了森林认证工作对森林可持续经营的影响,指出了实施森林认证存在的问题与实施建议。The background, eoneept, objeetives and development in China of forest eertifieation are discussed. Combining with experimental work of forest eertifieation in Mulanweiehang Forest Farm Administration, influenee of forest eertifieation to sustainable forest management is analyzed, and existing problems and proposes of eondueting forest eertifieation are put forward also.
