摘　　要：林地林木所有权明晰,在国家、集体、个人林业发展中起着至关重要的作用。林权纠纷主要问题集中的体现在,一地多证、边界不明显和漏发证件等形式。为此,林权纠纷的解决应按照核查林权证、检查林权登记申请表以及其他证明文件加以处理。为减少林权纠纷,必须深化认识、加强各部门密切配合、加强资源档案管理、依法办案和加强工作人员培训。the clear ownership of forest lands and trees in state, collectives, individuals in the development of forestry plays a critical role. The main issues of forest right dissension are in the focus of a multi - way permit, no signs of the border and the leakage of the certificates and so on. Therefore, the solution of forest right dissension should be disposed in accordance with the verification of forest right, the inspection of the right to apply for registration and other documents. Reducing forest right dissension, must need to deepen understanding, strengthen the close cooperation of all departments, strengthen the management of resources files, handling a case in the accordance with the laws and strengthen the training of staff.
