摘　　要：生态文化作为一种先进文化是建设生态文明的前提和条件。生态旅游活动与生态文化建设结合的十分密切,是展示和传播生态文化的平台。对生态文化的内涵及其与生态旅游的关系进行分析,并对木兰围场林管局生态旅游中存在的问题及解决方法进行了论述。As a advanced culture, ecological culture is the premise and condition of ecological civilization construction. Ecotourism activity and ecological culture construction unite extremely close and provide a platform for the demonstration and dissemination of ecological culture（ OR ecotourism activity and ecological culture construction is a platform for the demonstration and dissemination of ecological culture,unite extremely close）. In this paper, the connotation of ecological culture and relationship with ecotourism were analyzed. Also we discussed the problems and solutions existing in ecotourism of the Bureau.
