摘 要:应用RNGk-ε湍流模型及SIMPLE算法,对采用喷针调节喷嘴过流面积的可调射流泵在不同开度下的性能进行了数值模拟,并与试验数据进行对比分析.结果表明:喷针对可调射流泵性能有一定的影响,随着开度的减小,行程的增大,对可调射流泵效率的影响也越大.在大开度情况下数值计算的可调射流泵性能曲线与试验数据吻合较好;在小开度及小流量比工况下二者趋势一致,但存在一定偏差.通过对试验数据与数值计算值的对比分析,提出了基于数值模拟结果的可调射流泵的实际性能预测公式,该公式可以用数值模拟的结果来预测可调射流泵的实际性能,为可调射流泵的设计提供指导.The performance under different relative nozzle openings of a self-regulating jet pump, with nozzle outlet area controlled by a needle, was simulated by RNG κ-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE al- gorithm. It is found that the needle exerts influence on the performance of the pump. With the decrease of the nozzle opening and increase of the needle itinerary, the needle has more impacts on the efficiency of the pump. Comparison between the calculated and experimental data shows that the two agree well with each other when the nozzle opening is large. While under smaller nozzle openings especially when the jet pump working in small flow rate ratios, there exist some deviations between the calculated and measured results, though they present the same tendency. Based on the analysis of above mentioned deviation, a correlation was proposed to predict the actual performance of the self-regulating jet pump based on numerical simulation.
