摘 要:为提高反渗透海水淡化高压泵的效率,降低反渗透海水淡化系统的能耗,对往复式高压泵的液力端进行了优化设计.设计两种过流性能较好的组合阀方案,采用数值分析的方法,用三维造型软件Solidworks 2007分别对两个方案的流道进行数学建模,然后导入Fluent 6.2的前处理软件Gambit 2.2.30进行网格划分,再应用流场计算软件Fluent 6.2对流场进行数值分析.结果表明:方案二具有过流性能好、水力损失小、水力效率高等优点.根据方案二的漩涡分布情况,对方案二做了进一步的优化设计,从而得到了适合反渗透海水淡化工况的高压泵液力端.经优化设计后,泵效率高达93.36%,机组效率高于88%.To improve the efficiency of high-pressure pump and reduce the energy consumption of RO system, the selection and optimization of the high-pressure pump flow channel were carried out. Two kinds of integrated valves with good flow characteristics were designed. Numerical analysis was used. Firstly these models was designed in Solidworks 2007. Then the model was transferred to the preproeess- ing software Gambit 2.2.30 to be meshed. Finally the meshes were imported to Fluent 6.2 to proceed numerical ana-lysis. The results show that the second scheme has better flow characteristics, less hydraulic loss and higher efficiency. The second scheme was made according to the swirl distribution of scheme two. And a hydraulic end suitable for the reverse optimization osmosis seawater desalination system was obtained. After the design and optimization of the hydraulic end, the pump efficiency was increased to 93.36% , and unit efficiency was over 88%.
