摘  要:基于雷诺时均N-S方程和标准k-ε湍流模型,采用FLUENT软件,运用SIMPLEC算法,对设计工况下有、无前置导轮时轴流泵的三维不可压缩湍流流场进行了数值模拟.得到了轴流泵内部流场的压力分布、速度分布情况,并对分布情况的特征进行了分析,初步了解轴流泵内部流场的流动情况.最后,对不同流量下,有、无前置导轮时轴流泵的扬程、效率进行性能预测并分析.结果表明,加前置导轮后,轴流泵的性能不稳定区变窄,但效率有所降低.通过分析轴流泵内部流场特征,研究前置导轮对轴流泵性能的影响,从而可为其水力优化设计提供有益参考.Based on Reynolds Time-Averaged N -S equations and the standard κ-ε turbulent model, FLUENT software and SIMPLEC algorithm were used to simulate the three-dimensional incompressible turbulent flow fields in an axial-flow pump with and without front guide impeller under the design condition. The velocity and pressure distributions were obtained and analyzed. Meanwhile, performance predictions, and analysis of the head and efficiency with or without front guide impeller were done under different flow rate. With front guide impeller performance instability region became narrower, and its effi- ciency slightly decreased. By analyzing the interior flow field characteristics and the influence of front guide impeller on the perfnrmance of the axial-flow pump, beneficial references can be provided to its hydraulic optimized design.
