南阳烟区非根际土壤碳素与生态指标关系的分析

摘  要:对南阳烟区非根际土壤碳素(C)与土壤生态因子的关系进行研究表明,在非根际土壤中,有机质与全C、活性C极显著相关,与活性C/全C、非活性C显著相关;全N与C/N显著负相关;速效K与活性C/全C、C库活度显著正相关;Mn与活性C/全C显著相关;非活性C与脲酶活性显著正相关;C/N、活性C/全C与真菌数显著相关。根际土壤中的速效K与C/全C、C库活度显著正相关;脲酶活性与C/N极显著正相关,蛋白酶活性与C/N显著正相关;脲酶活性与非活性C极显著正相关;烟株根际细菌总数与全C、C/N显著相关;解磷菌数与C/N显著相关。The research on the relationships between non-rhizosphere soil C and soil physical properties, chemical properties, soil enzyme activities and microbes demonstrated that there was significant correlation between organic matter and total C, labile C at the 0.01 level and there was significant correlation between labile C/total C, non-labile C at the 0.05 level ,and there were the similar result with total N and C/N; available K and labile C/total C, activity of C pool ; Mn and labile C/total C in non-rhizosphere soil. At the same time rhizosphere available K and labile C/totalC, activity of C pool; C/N and rhizosphere urease activity; the activity of protecses; non-labile C and rhizosphere urease activity, total C; C/N and the bacteria number; C/N and the phospho bacteria number; C/N, labile C/total C and non-rhizosphere eumycetes had the similar result too. This provided scientific bases to research and ameliorate soil ecosystem of Nanyang tobacco production area from soil C.
