潍坊发展现代烟草农业的实践与思考

摘　　要：在我国农业发展由传统经营管理模式向现代管理模式转变的时期,潍坊烟区积极转变思想观念,以发展烟叶农场为突破口,大力推进烟叶的规模化种植。通过探索,初步建立了适宜于烟叶规模化生产需求的土地流转机制、风险保障机制和专业化、社会化生产服务组织等,较好地推动了潍坊现代烟草农业的发展。对潍坊今后进一步发展烟叶规模化种植亟待解决的问题作了探讨。In the time of Chinese agriculture transforming from the traditional management mode to the modem one, the tobacco staff in Weifang changed their minds quickly and vigorously and promoted the large-scale production management of tobacco leaf by using the tobacco farm as a breakthrough. After a few years exploration, the rural land circulation mechanism, the venture guarantee mechanism and the specialization and socialization service organizations which could meet the demands of the tobacco leaf large-scale production and management had primarily established in Weifang. The development of the large-scale production and management had accelerated the course the tobacco agriculture modernization. The problems about the development of the tobacco leaf large-scale production and management in the future had also been discussed in this paper.
