摘　　要：在企业合作创新理论研究中,理论界已作了企业合作创新博弈分析、选择因素分析、以及成功要素构成模式研究等;本文通过创新类型与企业合作创新的模式之间的关系和运用风险决策分析法,来建立企业合作创新模式的选择模型,为企业合作创新决策提供依据。On study of enterprise cooperative innovation, researchers have studied the mode of game, choice factors and successful factors of enterprise cooperative innovation. This paper applies the rise decision method to establish the choice model of enterprise cooperative innovation for offering the decision and mode of enterprise cooperative innovation.
