摘  要:以IGBT为主功率开关的弧焊逆变电源在工作时会产生强烈的电磁骚扰。为了对其进行抑制,依据CISPR 11规定的测试方法和标准限值,分别采取滤波、屏蔽和接地等措施,并对比了相同工况下硬开关和软开关对传导骚扰和辐射骚扰的抑制.研究表明:选择适当的滤波器拓扑结构和元件参数可以很好地抑制传导骚扰,采用软开关技术抑制电磁骚扰效果不明显.IGBT arc welding power source will generate serious EMI. Experientially, filtering, shielding and grounding are three important ways to reduce EMI. Compare tests were taken to analysis the suppression methods according to CISPR 11, which specified provisions for the test site measurements and limits of electromagnetic disturbances. And compare conducted emission and radiated emission for both the soft-switching welder and hard-switched welder under same working conditions. It found that choosing appropriate topological structure and component parameter of filter can effectively suppress the conducted emission. And the EMI suppression effect is not ideal when using soft-switching technology.
