摘 要:介绍了用于汽车排气系统的镀铝不锈钢焊管的生产工艺和特点,对其进行耐高温腐蚀性实验,结果为:当镀铝层厚度小于4μm时,没有耐蚀性,当镀铝层厚度在5μm以上时,具有良好的耐蚀性。指出当焊缝处工作温度在250℃以上时,其镀铝层厚度应达到5μm以上。his paper introduces production process and characteristics of the lead-plating stainless steel electrical welding tube used as the car exhaust systerm. By the high temperature resistance experiment done to the tube, the results show that no corrosion happens to it as the lead-plating layer thickness is less than 4μm; good corrosion resisrance is present as the thickness is more than 5μm. The paper points out while working temperature at weld seam is more than 250℃, The lead-plating layer thickness shall be up to 5μm and more.
