摘　　要：对本厂几年来镀锌锅的使用情况进行了分析与对比，包括镀锌温度、热源温度、温度波动、熔锌操作等方面，从而寻求在热工制度方面提高镀锌锅使用寿命的途径。Several circumstances of hot galvanized pots used for years have been analysed and compared in author's factory, including the galvanized temperature, hot source temperature, temperature fluctuation and zinc-melting operation and so on. Therefore, hoping in the hot work systerm field finds a way to improve the service life of the galvanized pots.
