成形冷铁铸球工艺的试验研究

摘　　要：分析了我国铸造磨球的典型生产工艺；提出了成形冷铁铸球工艺的设计要点。研究结果表明，新工艺兼有砂型铸造和金属型铸造的优点，是一种较好的铸球工艺。The typical casting processes of grinding balls used in china were analysed. The main points of casting process using shaped chills were proposed. The results of investigation showed that having the advantages of both the sand mould and permanent mould processes, the proposed is a more excellent process.
