摘 要:应用非线性三维瞬态温度场与相变耦合的有限元算法,对45钢淬火冷却过程进行计算机模拟,得到直观的三维图象.计算结果与实测值比较接近。本义采用的TTT曲线数值化方法,不仅便于计算机存贮和调用,也便于将现有的TTT图进行处理.得出与工件实际成分相对应的TTT曲线,从而提高相变计算的精度。文中讨论了相变量计算值与实测值出现偏差的原因,并指出用Avrami公式计算等温转变能得到合理的结果.但在应用它计算连续冷却过程的转变量方面.尚存在一些有待解决的问题。Using FEM of coupling effects of 3-D nonliear and transient temperature fields and phase transformation to simulate quenching process of 45 steel. an audio-visual 3-D diagram is obtained. Calculating results are comparatively close to measuring results. Method of TTT curves' datamation adapted in this paper is convenient for not only computer storage and recalling. but also processing of now available TTT diagrams, with which fitting formulas of TTT curves related to actual ingredient of specimen are got to arise computing precision. In the paper, the reason why deriation between phase variable calculated and the one measured is also discussed. Using Avrami equation on isothermal transformation. reasonable results will be obtained, but if using additivity principle to compute phase variable in continous cooling, there will be some questions to be solved.
