摘　　要：运用契约理论对福建、江西护林联防协会发展的稳定性进行分析,结果表明:各种不同形式的林业专业合作经济组织是各有优势的。研究认为:在林业专业合作组织中,合作契约和合作组织类型的选择必须根据不同产品、不同生产阶段的实际,对要素契约和商品契约的比较优势进行全面深入的分析,而非单纯地追求越为紧密、复杂的组织形式。This paper analyzes the steady development of the joint defense association of protecting forest in Fujian and Jiangxi by use of contract theory. The results shows that all kinds of forest specialized cooperative organizations have their own strengths. Hence, The choice of reasonable contracts and cooperative organizations＇type must be based on completely analyzing comparative advantage of essence contract and goods contract from the reality of different goods and different production stages, and can＇t only seek closer and more complicated organizing forms.
