摘 要:目的:制备纳米聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合物,并测定其力学性能,拟建立一种能够有效改善口腔义齿树脂材料机械性能的办法。方法:使用偶联剂KH-570对纳米二氧化硅进行表面改性处理,利用乳液聚合制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/KH-570-二氧化硅纳米复合物,通过红外光谱和透射电镜进行表征;以未经过改性处理的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/二氧化硅复合物、单纯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为对照,进行力学性能对比测试。结果:红外光谱和透射电镜分析结果显示成功制备了二氧化硅/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯纳米复合物。二氧化硅纳米粒子含量为0.5%时,3组挠曲强度、挠曲弹性模量、冲击强度、拉伸强度基本相似(P>0.05);二氧化硅纳米粒子含量为1%,3%,5%时,上述力学性能指标为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/KH-570-二氧化硅复合物>聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/二氧化硅复合物>单纯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(P<0.05)。随着二氧化硅粒子的添加,试件机械性能呈先升后降的趋势,至3%时达峰值。结论:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/KH-570-二氧化硅纳米复合物的机械性能,显著优于未经KH-570处理的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/二氧化硅复合物,KH-570是一种较为理想的二氧化硅表面处理剂。OBJECTIVE: To prepare polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) nanocomposite, to determine its mechanical properties, and to discovery an effective way to enhance the mechanical properties of the oral denture. METHODS: The nano-SiO2 particle was treated with the KH-570, and then prepared into PMMA/KH-570-SiO2 nanocomposite using emulsion polymerization. Infrared spectrum and transmission electron microscope were used to prove the nanostructure of the composites. PMMA/SiO2 composite and PMMA served as contrast groups for the test of mechanical properties. RESULTS: The infrared spectrum and transmission electron microscope results showed that the KH-570-SiO2/PMMA nanocomposite were successfully prepared. When the content of nano-SiO2 particle was 0.5%, there were no significant differences in the flecture strength, flectural modulus, punching strength and tensile strength between the three groups (P 〉 0.05) When the contents of nano-SiO2 particle were 1%, 3%, 5 %, these three indices of mechanical properties were the greatest in the KH-570-SiO2/PMMA nanocomposite, then in the PMMA/SiO2 compound, and last in the PMMA (P 〈 0.05). The mechanical properties of composite material increased firstly and then declined with the increasing of the content of nano-SiO2 particle. The best content was 3%. CONCLUSION: The mechanical properties of KH-570-SiOyPMMA nanocomposite are superior to that of PMMA/SiO2 compound, KH-570 is a kind of idea/SiO2 surface treating agent.
