摘  要:选择200507/2007—07在潍坊医学院口腔医学院就诊的患者152例183颗前牙,均为牙冠严重缺损或外伤冠折,行完善的根管治疗后,分别用DTLight—Post纤维桩(106颗)和铸造金属桩核(77颗)制作桩核,再用全瓷冠进行修复,患者随访6~30个月。DTLight—Post纤维桩组治疗成功102例,失败4例,成功率97.17%;铸造金属桩核组治疗成功64例,失败13例,成功率为83.12%,两组修复效果差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结果提示DTLight-Post纤维桩是一种较为理想的桩核修复方法。A total of 152 patients (183 anterior teeth) were recruited from School of Stomatology, Weifang Medical University from July 2005 to July 2007. They all suffered from severe crown defect or crown fracture. After complete root canal therapy, DT Light-Post system (106 teeth) and casting post pore (77 teeth) were used for anterior teeth restoration. Then the teeth were treated with all-ceramic crowns. All patients were followed up for 6-30 months. The treatment of 102 cases was effective and 4 cases were failed in group of DT Light-Post system, with the success rate 97.17%. The treatment of 64 cases was effective and 13 cases were failed in group of metal post pore system, with the success rate 83.12%. There were statistically significant differences between two groups (P 〈 0.05). DT Light-Post system is an ideal method for post- and- core restorations.
