甲酯灌注剂材料行椎体后凸成形20例

摘  要:球囊扩张椎体后凸成形治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折20例,于2001—01/2005—06在解放军第二军医大学长海医院骨科完成,累及节段T10 3椎,T11 5椎T12 8椎,L1 5椎L2 4椎,L3 2椎。均经两侧椎弓根穿刺最入球囊,灌注聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯灌注剂约5mL。手术时间100~130min,平均125min,所有病例术后疼痛即刻消失,没有出现并发症,椎体高度和后凸畸形较术前明显改善。随访4~9个月,平均6个月,未发现与手术有关的并发症。证实使用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯灌注剂材料球囊扩张椎体后凸成形治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折能明显缓解疼痛,恢复椎体高度,纠正后凸畸形。Between January 2001 and June 2005, 20 patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture underwent kyphoplasty at Department of Orthopaedics, Changhai Hospital, the Second Military Medical University of Chinese PLA. The fracture vertebrae involved 3 T10 vertebrae, 5 T11 vertebrae, 8 T12 vertebrae, 5 L1 vertebrae, 4 L2 vertebrae, and 2 L3 vertebrae. They were perfused with about 5 mL polymethyl methacrylate bone cement by bilateral radix arcus vertebrae puncturation. The average operative time was 125 minutes (100-130 minutes). All patients had obvious pain relief after operation. No intra or postoperative complication was observed. The height of compressed vertebral body and Cobb angle recovered markedly after operation. An average follow-up of 6 months was obtained (4- 9 months). No patient had complications related to operation. Kyphoplasty can effectively release pain induced by osteoporotic vertebral fracture, enhance the vertebral height and correct the kyphotic deformity.
