摘　　要：目的:建立灰毡毛忍冬和黄芩水提物HPLC指纹图谱。方法:色谱柱:Phenom enex-C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇与2%磷酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为322 nm。采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004A版》软件对其进行了相似度计算。结果:确立了14个共有峰,方法学考察结果较好,10批水提物指纹图谱的相似度均大于0.9。结论:该方法为灰毡毛忍冬与黄芩水提物以及银黄制剂质量控制提供了依据。Objective： To establish Lonicera macranthoides and baicalin extract HPLC fingerprint. Methods： Column： C18 （250mm×4.6mm,5μm） , mobile phase： with mixture of methanol and 2% phosphoric acid in a gradient mode, the wavelength of measurement was 322 nm. To use＂ Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM 2004＂ to calculate similarity of fin gerprint. Results： We established a total of 14 marked common peaks, inspection results of the method were good, ten batches of extract fingerprint of similarity were more than 0. 9. Conclusion： The method provides the basic for quality control of Lonicera macranthoides and baicalin extract and Yinhuang Preparations.
