摘　　要：目的:建立蓬莪术药材的指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Kromasil ODS-1(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(梯度洗脱);流速:1.0 ml/min;柱温:25℃;检测波长:210 nm。结果:建立了蓬莪术HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,并对不同产地的莪术药材进行了相似度比较。结论:蓬莪术药材中各成分均得到了较好的分离,可作为蓬莪术药材专属性的指纹图谱。Objective： To establish the fingerprint of Curcumae phaeocaulis by HPLC. Methods： The chromatographic conditions were as follows： Chromatographic column： Kromasil ODS-1 （250mm×4.6mm,5μm）, mobile phase： acetonitrile and water （gradient elution）, flow rate： 1.0 ml/min, column temperature： 25℃, detection wavelength： 210 nm. Results： We established the HPLC fingerprint common mode, and compared Curcumae phaeocaulis which were produced in different habitats. Conclusion： Each component of Rhizoma Curcumae is well isolated, and can be a specificity fingerprint of Curcumae phaeocaulis.
