白鲜皮的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究白鲜皮的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶色谱柱层析,通过波谱分析鉴定其化学结构,从白鲜皮95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了15个化合物。结果:15个化合物分别为:Dictamnol(1)、梣酮(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、前茵芋碱(4)、白鲜碱(5)、茵芋碱(6)、Pregnendone(7)、崖椒碱(8)、11,12,13-三降愈创木-6-烯-4β,10β-二醇(9)、黄柏桐(10)、柠檬苦素地奥酚(11)、如忒文(12)、柠檬苦素(13)、胡萝卜苷(14)、KihadaninB(15)。结论:其中9、11及15为在白鲜皮中首次发现,化合物15为一对差向异构体,将这个差向异构体分别命名为KihadaninBA和KihadaninBB。Objective： To Study the chemical constituents of Dictamnus dasyarpus. Methods： the root of Dictamnus dasycarpus were extracted by 95% ethanol. 15 compounds were isolated and identified from its stems. Results： 15 compounds were dictamnol （ 1 ） , fraxinellone （ 2 ） , β-sitosterol （ 3 ） , preskimminanine （ 4 ） , dictamine （ 5 ） , skimmianine （ 6 ） , pregnendone （ 7 ） , γ-fagarine （ 8 ） , 11,12,13 -trinorguai-6 -ene -4 β,10 β -diol （ 9 ） , obacunone （ 10 ） , limonin diosphend （ 11 ） , rutaevin （ 12 ） , limonin （ 13 ） , daucosterol （ 14 ） and KihadaninB（15）. Conclusion： Among them,Corapounds 9,11 and 15 are found from Dictamnus dasycarpus for the first time, and KihadaninBA and KihadaninBB are a pair of new enantiomorph.
