摘 要:目的:研究化湿液对湿阻证模型大鼠胃粘膜损伤修复的影响。方法:将50只SD大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,化湿液低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。除正常组外,其余4组用改进后的环境加疲劳法制造湿阻证模型,连续造模6d。造模成功后,正常组和模型组大鼠按2 ml/100 g灌胃给予生理盐水;化湿液低、中、高剂量组分别以0.4、0.8、1.6 g生药/100 g灌胃给予化湿液,1次/d,连续8 d后观察各组大鼠胃粘膜损伤情况;取大鼠胃粘膜组织,检测SOD、MDA和NO含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠胃粘膜出现充血、水肿,并伴有大量出血点或凝血块,胃粘膜SOD和NO含量显著降低(P<0.05),MDA含量显著增加(P<0.05);与模型组比较,化湿液治疗后湿阻证大鼠胃粘膜充血、水肿和出血等症状完全消失,同时胃粘膜SOD及NO含量增加(P<0.05),MDA含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:化湿液对湿阻证大鼠胃粘膜损伤具有修复作用,其机制可能与提高胃粘膜SOD及NO含量,降低胃粘膜MDA含量有关。Objective : To investigate the effects of Huashi Liquid on the repair to impaired gastric mueosa in rats with dampness retention syndrome. Methods:Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, high,middle and low-dose of Huashi Liquid groups, 10 rats in each group. Dampness retention syndrome was induced in all rats,except the normal group,by modified enviromental and fatigued method for 6 days. After the model was formed,the normal and model groups were fed with saline (NS) in 2 ml/ 100 g dose,high,middle and low-dose of Huashi Liquid groups were fed with Huashi Liquid in different dose (0.4 g/100g,0. 8 g/100 g, 1.6 g/100 g) respectively,one time per day,last for 8 days. Then,the impaired extent of gastric mucosa was observed and the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MAD) and nitric oxide (NO) in gastric mucosa ware detected. Results:In gastric mucosa of model group, Hyperemia, edema and massive hemorrhagic spots or sludged blood existed, SOD and NO significantly decreased ( P 〈 0. 05 ), MAD significantly increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ), compared with the normal group. In gastric mucosa of all the Huashi Liquid, symptoms such as Hyperemia, edema and hemorrhage completely disappeared, SOD and NO significantly increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ), MDA significantly decreased ( P 〈 0. 05 ), compared with the model group. Conclusion : Huashi Liquid could repair gastric mucosa impairment of rats with dampness retention, the mechanism may be related to increasing SOD, MAD and decreasing NO content in gastric mucosa.
